Hubei Xinrou Hygiene Products Co., Ltd.was established in October, 2015, and has specialized in the spunlace nonwoven fabric, biodegradable flushable nonwoven fabric and finished products such as wet wipes, cotton tissue and wet toilet paper widely applied in industrial cleaning, household cleaning, personal care, cosmetic care and healthcare sectors.

Hubei Xinrou Hygiene Products Co.,Ltd. was established in October 2015, and the headquarter is located in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. 

The company has now established three production bases in Xiaonan disctrict of Xiaogan, Anlu city of Xiaogan and Aksu of Xinjiang, The headquarter in Xiaonan plant covers 20 hectares (300mu) with a total investment of 600 million yuan,  the Anlu plant covers 160 mu(approximately 10.7 hectares) with a planned investment of 500 million yuan and the construction of Aksu industrial park commenced in July 2025.

The company employs over 500 employees and has partnered with more than 900 partner brands.

The company currently operates 14 spunlace and finished production lines, with an annual production capacity of 23,000 tons of medical & hygiene-grade pure cotton nonwoven fabric, 22,000 tons of flushable nonwoven fabric, and 30,000 tons of degreased cotton for spunlace production, positioning it as adomestic leader in comprehensive production capacity.

Additionally, the company has 13 finished product lines, capable of producing 90,000 packs per day of disinfecting wipes, wet toilet wipes, and 150,000 packs/rolls per day of cotton-based soft wipes.

Xinrou introduces world-class production lines and technologies for all-cotton medical and hygienic spunlace nonwoven fabrics, equipped with imported high-precision testing equipment including stain detectors, basis weight testers and foreign fiber sorters. Backed by a professional R&D and management team with over two decades of experience in nonwoven fabric production and deep processing, the company continuously optimizes the full industrial chain to deliver high-quality, high-efficiency and cost-effective procurement solutions for partners.

All products are manufactured in fully purified workshops in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T 19633-2005 (Final Sterilized Medical Device Packaging). The entire production process, from raw material selection, spunlace forming and drying shaping to quality inspection, slitting and finished product delivery, realizes intelligent full-process control. Adhering to green manufacturing standards, the company strictly controls every production procedure. All products pass multiple safety tests, featuring zero irritation, zero additives and biodegradability, meeting the stringent requirements of civil daily use, medical sterile application, high-end maternal, infant and beauty care scenarios.
